    Realize this may sound like a post from a time past, but curious if anybody has found an external transcription service that is reliable and easy to work with on an occasional basis. 

    Would be in PS360, for a few radiologists who still prefer this as a mechanism to improve their throughput. They are actually using them more in the role of editor or typist than a traditional transcriptionist but we can flex around the service model of alternative resources.

    George,

    When we first starting using PS 360 years ago, our hospital agreed that the rads could send dictations to the hospital transcription staff.  While some of our doctors 100% self edit, there are some rads who send some exams to the transcriptionists.  Have you asked your hospital if they will allow exams to be sent to their transcriptionists?
