We're investigating performing Lymph Node Tattooing for Advanced Breast Cancer with probable mets. My interest focuses on CPT coding and any billing history that you may have on this procedure in that it does appear to be investigational and currently in a clinical research phase. We're considering unlisted CPT 38999 and billing with supporting documentation to include a letter of medical necessity.
