Have any of you or your hospitals retained expert patient safety organizations who can help a radiology practices assess their policies and procedures designed to assure patient safety and their preparedness to address emergencies? I am hoping the RBMA community may have knowledge of such expert companies/organizations.
If you are aware of such entities that can performs such patient safety audits/assessment, I would appreciate that information. Particularly interested in organizations that have experience with the diagnostic imaging center space. Companies in the risk management space would also be of interest. I would be grateful for any referrals or recommendations you can share. Looking for firms with high caliber reputations.
