Good afternoon everyone,
I'm hoping someone can provide some information on facility billing.
Do you need to put the radiologists on the claim in box 31 or does it all go under the facility name and NPI.
Of if the provider needs to go in box 31, I'm assuming the facility NPI goes in box 24J and 33.
Any information and help, would be greatly appreciated.
