    Hello - We are evaluating three provider scheduling solutions (QGenda, Amion, and Lightening Bolt).  We are requesting feedback from anyone who has used any of these solutions.  Thank you in advance for any information you can provide!

    Qgenda works well for us.  It is my observation based on using it in a couple different practices that in order to maximize the benefit, you will find it helpful to document all of the agreed upon policies and preferences going into implementation.  The engineers can't read minds.
