  • 1.  HHS Provider Relief Application - do we report Cares Act Payroll Tax Credits?

    When filling out the HHS Provider Relief Application we have a question about Section 4.8, Step 7, Other Assistance Received. Should we include the Cares Act Payroll Tax Credit amount here? This is the credit of Social Security taxes for wages paid to employees who were not able to work and took COVID related sick leave.

    Correction to my post.....this question from our accountant should have referred to the Families First Coronavirus Response Act.  Comments?
