We are doing Screening and diagnostic mammos at a hospital owned imaging center.  The orders just state screening mammo or diagnostic mammo with CAD but they are doing tomo also.  
Does the order need to state with tomo?

Good morning!

The use of CAD and/or Tomo is considered a test design decision and there is no requirement for an order from the referring physician.
