Wondering if your practice has started the shift away from traditional score based peer review to peer learning. We continue to read more articles around radiology practices supporting this and see support from the ACR on this shift. They recently held a conference devoted specifically to practice experiences and its a frequent topic at RSNA and the annual ACR Quality and Safety conference. I'm wondering specifically if practices have moved to Peer Learning how you are helping hospitals with their accreditation with the ACR? The standard questions to demonstrate a peer review program from the various ACR accreditation or renewal applications are all questions focused on traditional, random peer review. Has anyone had this come up yet and what was your practice's/hospitals experience?
