    We are experiencing credentialing delays at our institution for vRad physicians. One reason is that we require a notarized drivers license which our hospital alleges is part of Joint Commission standards. So far our hospital has rejected using vRad's credentialing agreement. 

    Is anyone aware of the JC requirement for a notarized drivers license?
