  • 1.  CURES implementation for imaging center based radiology

    Our radiologists cover two out-patient imaging centers where high end imaging is done. CURES – Controlled Substance Utilization Review and Evaluation System - was effective 10/2/2018, and we're still struggling with how to implement this. Do any of you have a process in place to handle this yet? Are your radiologists consulting the CURES data base or are you kicking it back to the referring physician to write the RX for the controlled substance (Xanax most often)? Thanks.
