We recently instituted the Tyrer Cuzick model in our imaging center. We are working towards automation with risk score in patient result letter and the score in the radiology result/report. Currently we are sending separate letters to the patient and the provider with the score, and in the provide letter we outline screening US and MR benefits.
Is anyone else using this tool, or similar tool, and if yes, how are you handling the communication to the patient about the risk score?
