Back up dictation system for Cyber Attacks

    Hello everyone, not sure if this is the right forum but here goes.

    We are looking for a backup dictation solution in case there is a cyber attack and we are not able to reach our current dictation system via the internet.  Does anyone have a solution in place that may be used by 80 or so rads at any given time, possibly a dial up dictation system?  Thanks
