Are there any Imagine users billing for providers reading from outside states?

Do you have suggestions for streamlining the billing process? We're doing a lot of manual work to get the correct location in box 32.
    Thanks in advance!

We had our IT department help program the "room" where this reading was taking place.  They could tell by the log in/IP.  They added a location code to the report on the bottom left so it was seen while coding.

    We did something similar.

If they are home workstations they log into a remote dept where their IP address is linked.

If you are an EPIC user I have logic we created utilizing an internal modifier that might be helpful. Feel free to reach out, happy to chat.

Nuance can add the computer name to their outbound HL7 feed so that it shows up on the reports.  If you add the state+zipcode to the name of the computer then its easy to tell where the radiologist was located when they signed the report.

    Alaina,

I don't now Imagine but can you hard code their out of state address so it always drops into box 32 for Medicare?
