Good afternoon,

I am looking for information about collection agencies from hospital-based rad groups.

1. How much do you turn over a month to collections? What percentage of your business?
2. What percentage of collections are you seeing from your collection agency? I know the time in collections and other demographic information can impact this, so I am just looking to gather some averages.
3. With the new law only allowing $500 or more to be reported to the credit bureaus, is your credit agency able to add each 'charge total' to reach this amount or do they require you to turn over collections by 'account total' to reach this balance?
