Hey folks, if you are using Imagine for your billing and want to participate in the latest A/R Survey (open through the month's end), here is a cheat sheet for the reports you will need. If your billing company uses Imagine but is not submitting data for you, you can ask them for these reports and submit them for yourself. Here's what you will need by the name Imagine is calling them in the reports section.
- Adjustment Transactions for DOS 2022
- Aging Credit Balance
- MTD/YTD by Primary Insurance Carrier
- Doctors Productivity (Work RVU) By Service Date (all modifiers)
- Insurance Aging with Separated Self-Pay
