    Hi Nicole

    1. Do your IR rads read diagnostic studies as well as IR studies?  Expected to read diagnostic when not busy with IR cases.  If so, are they ever scheduled on diagnostic studies?  Occasionally when there is excess IR staffing and shortage of diagnostic

    2. Do your IR rads take IR call only and if so, are the compensated for taking call?  Yes and Yes

    3. If your IR rads are diagnostic studies and if so, are they compensated for diagnostic studies?  We pay per shift, so no compensation for diagnostic studies per se unless they happen to be working a diagnostic shift

    4. Do your IR Rads get call pay from hospitals when called in?  No
