So presumably with the passage of the Omnibus Spending bill, what does that mean relative to when the MPFS will be updated by the various MACs?
Is CMS having MACs hold claims until they can update the PFS rates?
If I understand the bill and it's implications for the CF, any previously released fee schedules are now outdated, correct?
