Like many of you the current employment environment is very tough. I am located in Santa Fe, NM and am finding it nearly impossible to fill all of the needs I have. My biggest issue is staffing enough folks to answer the amount of calls that are coming in.
Has anyone turned to a patient self scheduling module? IF you have I would love to speak to you "off air". We are on Epic as a partner to our hospital and in full disclosure they are too big a company to concern themselves with my little group.
I have been approached by Open Doctor with such a self scheduling solution. Does anyone have history with them specifically? Again if so I would love to hear about your experience.
