We've been working with Guidance Analytics since 2018 and their transition from PQRS to MIPS along with their expertise in handling all of our quality measures through the ACR has been outstanding. Their proprietary AI (and dashboards) reviews/codes from the actual finalized reports is impressive. We used only one MIPS measure last year the rest were QCDR measures as defined by the ACR.
