  • 1.  Tri Care Fee Adjustment Letter

    AT the RBMA Payor Relations meeting today the attached letter from Tri-West/Tri-Care was discussed.  The letter notes a fee adjustment to take effect within 30 days.  All practices that serve Tri-Care patients should be aware of this.

    Looks like the letter is a backdoor approach to providing the required notification to altering the contract between TriWest and their providers. I assume any provider with a TriWest contract can notify them in accordance with the providers contract if the provider does not wish to participate in the addition of TriCare to your contracted coverages.
