Hello Kirk - We have helped several groups implement customized Work RVUs to allow them to better value work performed, even out discrepancies across subspecialties, assign wRVU to non-clinical time (ie, tumor boards, admin time, etc), etc. Happy to make introductions to those groups if that helps, just shoot me an email (
