We try to give our President 1 day/week of admin time schedule permitting, and he also gets some additional pay (roughly equivalent to 2 days of pay/month).  Department chairs get some additional pay, as do Board members and Committee chairs.

Hi Janet -  President receives $20K annual stipend, as well as 3 admin days/month.  In reality that becomes 2 admin days/month, as the president admin time is used to cross cover clinical coverage for other meetings that occur, or practice needs.    We don't provide admin time to the hospital site medical directors, other than we allow them to submit for reimbursement for admin time that becomes excessive or special projects as cleared through our Exec committee and practice policies.    This is for a practice of 25 providers.

Hi Janet - We are 8 Physician - hospital-based group that receives medical directorships from the hospital for administrative hours submitted.  We then pay the physician a stipend from those proceeds.  It comes out to approximately, 70% of the amount received.

We are a 40 person group.  11 person Executive Board runs the business affairs of the company.  EB Chair receives $1,000 per month in compensation and 1/2 day off per week to tend to administrative duties.  Department Chairs also sit on the EB and receive $1,000 monthly stipend, but no additional time off.  At large EB members receive $500 per month stipend.
