We have been using Medinformatix RIS for many years. We use them for scheduling and RCM. We have watched them grow and evolve and are pleased with the direction they are headed. They have a nice integration with Waystar (clearing house) so it makes things pretty seamless. Only thing I have struggled with is reporting, but they are very helpful in creating something specific, if needed. They do have a new analytics module which we don't have, but looks pretty intuitive. Hope this helps!
