We are running audits and would like to know if anyone can provide percentages for the following Administrative expenses based on Net Collections:
1. Billing & Collections
2. Information Technology
3. Rent/Facility Expenses
4. Accounting/Finance/Tax/Legal
5. Other – Insurance, Marketing, etc.
We are comparing different resources i.e. RBMA, MGMA, HBMA etc. but national averages are not detailed as we would like.
