Yes, we see that too....  in the past, UHC has taken their sweet time loading new CPT codes.  I have not heard yet when they will be loaded.

I have reached out to my providers reps last week and still haven't heard back.  At this time we are holding the new CPT codes until we receive confirmation from the insurances the fees were loaded.  Although with UHC having only 90 days filing, we'll have to release if we get close to that date to get the claims on file.

The latest from United on this:

    "Hello again,

As you probably know we were closed yesterday. I read your e-mail before I read the e-mail stating this is now fxed. A code fix was put in place the night of 01/12. Claims should no longer be rejecting, but any that rejected will have to be resubmitted."

Thanks for the head's up Doug.  One of my clients is seeing this too.  The CPT code is mentioned in UHC/Oxford's precert guide published

In the following guide, CPT 71045 is listed with policy limitations https://www.oxhp.com/secure/policy/precertification_exemptions_for_outpatient_services.pdf published Jan. 1 2018.  Have you heard back from your UHC provider rep?
