I was hoping the forum could give me a quick pulse of what groups are typically offering new hires in terms of years to partnership, especially for new hires just out of residency or fellowship. Our group has historically offered a 3 year track for partner but we are considering moving that up with how competitive the job market is currently. Any feedback is appreciated.
