We had a similar issue years back and we contacted the DHH with a patient example. We filed a complaint on behalf of the patient about the unpaid claim. They (DHH) contacted the carrier and eventually, it got resolved. Good luck!

Georgia Medicaid left 71275 off their fee schedule in 04/01/21. Ironically, they are still paying the code, but one of our HMO products, Amerigroup is not. We have emailed our field reps, called Medicaid, and have made very little progress. Has anyone had any success getting an issue like this resolved? What steps did you take?
