Good Afternoon Forum - On occasion our interventionalists are asked to interpret cerebral angiography studies performed by the vascular surgeon. Since there is no code for interpretation only, we are left with 1) declining to read; 2) reading pro bono; or 3) read for agreed upon fee to be paid by the surgeon. Have any of you encountered this type of situation? If so, how was it handled?
