Hello and Happy Friday! We are looking to implement some benchmarks or KPIs for our Authorization team. In researching denial rates in general it looks to be somewhere between 9%-14% of all denials--but I can't find anything that specifically looks at Radiology. I haven't been able to find anything that gives information on adjustments. Often times our claims are denied for auth in error and we get the denial overturned. If anyone out there has figured this out or has benchmarks they'd be willing to share I would appreciate it!
