Any one use ChangeHealthCare and get this wonderful notice from them?

In the middle of a crisis and worldwide emergency with procedure volumes dropping daily and providers struggling to survive and borrow money to pay employees they want a price increase.

If you google the 2 top execs at changeheatlhcare it shows they each earn $1.5 million a year. I suppose they need a new plane, a new yacht, or a 5 vacation home because the other 4 are too small to shelter in place in.

Your April 2020 invoice will reflect a 2.0% price adjustment based on the annual consumer price index and is necessary in order for us to continue to invest in product improvements.

We just received any update from ChangeHealthCare thru our Practice Management Vendor that the price increase was NOT going to occur at this time.

They state:

Thanks for reaching out on this.  These events are an annual exercise that were set in place months ago, obviously prior to the COVID crisis.  As a company, Change Healthcare is absolutely standing with our customers during this time, and we understand and apologize for the inadvertently poor timing with the below notice.

I will be working with our billing team and we will have this fixed as soon as possible.  Any increase that was applied will fall back to current rates.  I will keep you updated on the status.
