As a long-established practice that was largely shareholders, we have moved into more of a hybrid with partners and employed/remote radiologists. Our review process (outside of FPPE/OPPE) has been lacking. We'd like to integrate more of a formal review process as this model seems to be here to stay and we have experienced some turnover. Does anyone have a template that they are willing to share? Our employee reviews are obviously not robust or specific enough.
