If you are using Imagine for billing and are participating in the RBMA A/R Survey (which I would highly recommend), it will make it a whole lot easier if you pull these reports before starting as you will need them to complete it.
- Aging Credit Balance by Payment Date
- Management Report – 12 Month Rolling Average
- Insurance Aging with Separated Self-Pay
- Doctor Productivity
- Charge and Payment Posting Analysis
Why participate?
1. The survey is completely new. You will get some very cool, actionable data coming back at you in easy-to-understand graphs.
2. It will answer fundamental questions like "how effective is my billing staff/company compared to my peers?" and "what are my billing costs compared to my peers?"
3. You absolutely need to know and understand these numbers. Many people don't.
4. It helps the community. The more data points we have, the more helpful the data will be. We are at little over 100 participants right now.
