    All,
We are fortunate enough to be located in the great state of Indiana for malpractice insurance purposes.  We are spoiled because of our very low malpractice premiums.

We are starting the process of hiring remote workers, some of whom will be working in Chicago and others in Texas.  Both areas have much higher malpractice premiums.  I was wondering how others handle this difference. Does the group simply eat it, or is the additional coverage charged to the individual?

Do you pay your onsite rads a premium since onsite coverage is getting harder to find?  Are the remote docs made full partners?

Any tips or caveats would be much appreciated.

    Thank you!
