Our group is exploring participating in multiple ACO's, which is allowed due to all of our physicians being either Interventional or Diagnostic Radiologists. However, we have an NP that works within our IR practice and currently bills for E&M codes which then negates our ability to be included in more than one ACO, as specialists. We explored billing her services incident-to but due to the place of service (hospital outpatient) where the NP works, this is not an option. I am curious if anyone has found a way to address this, other than not billing for the NP's services.Thank you,
