  • 1.  Employee Retention Credit

    Good afternoon.

    We have recently started researching our eligibility for Employee Retention Credits.  It's very complex.  To my surprise, even our accountant has suggested hiring an expert on ERC to determine eligibility.

    Has anyone ventured down this road yet and do you have recommendations of companies to contact?  Have other hospital based radiology groups found they are, in fact, eligible for credits?  Any advice would be appreciated.

    Not an expert but the big hiccup I see for most groups is that the practices gross receipts in the time March 2020 through December 2021 have to be less than 50% of the gross receipts for the same period in 2019. I didn't have any groups with that big of a drop.
