  • 1.  Remote Partners/Shareholders

    Does anyone have partners/shareholders working 100% remote?  If so, is there any difference in their status vs. other partners/shareholders?  For example, limitations on voting.

    We had 2.

    Both worked the evening shift (3p-11p), worked the same number of weekends as everyone else.

    Therefore, they worked the same as any other physician that physically went to the hospital/imaging centers.

     

    Same pay, same vote.

    We just made three after hours/remote associates shareholders with equal rights and obligations of all other shareholders
