    My client currently has an annual bonus structure in place for their nonphysician practitioners and they are considering providing additional increases. For groups that have PA's and/or NP's, do you provide annual cost of living increases?

    Cost of living increases are a slippery slope, especially in an inflationary environment.  I don't think you want to create the expectation that salaries will keep up with inflation if your revenue cannot be adjusted for inflation.    I adjust compensation  based on performance and the market for that particular skill set.
