Hello RBMA friends! We are looking at restructuring our Mid Level Contracts and was hoping that someone may have examples they would be will to share with me. I appreciate any help you are able to provide!

Tania – You may need to check with your state of Tennessee. It could be required that you provide a Collaboration Agreement instead of the standard contract approach. Many states have now moved through changes in the Scope Of Practice statutes to allowing PAs and NPs to have their own practice, in which case you will need the Collaboration style agreement to meet state requirements.

I don't readily have a copy I can share, but will see if I can get permission from clients that if the document is scrubbed/deidentified, will they allow me to share it/them....
