Please note that, as expected, CMS has issued several analytic files that are reporting a 2023 MPFS conversion factor of $33.8872 which is a -2.08% from the CY 2022 conversion factor of $34.6062. This indicates the final effect of the recently passed 2023 Omnibus budget bill at the end of 2022 which reduced the proposed double digit cuts to radiology.
