MGMA does an annual survey. Thats one resource. There are various publications that will do surveys and then of course the recruiters have this info. Its pretty variable by area of the country, and with the shortage of radiologists, we are seeing fair amount of price inflation for base wage. The RBMA data committee has not been empowered to do a survey for this information. There are some good reasons, as it may steer payer national policy. Bob Still and Jessica Struve were going to initiate this discussion again with ACR.

Subject: Radiologist compensation
Does anyone have a good resource for determining the 25th, 50th, 75th or 90th percentile of a radiologist's base compensation and wRVUs? Also, does anyone have any creative models that work well for compensating radiologists as a base salary and then over X number of wRVUS, conferences and those things that do not have RVUs, etc.
