Does anyone have a good resource for determining the 25^th, 50^th, 75^th or 90^th percentile of a  radiologist's base compensation and wRVUs?  Also, does anyone have any creative models that work well for compensating radiologists as a base salary and then over X number of  wRVUS, conferences and those things that do not have RVUs,  etc.

The MGMA provides annual survey data which includes most of what you are looking for.  There is a fee for the data but there is a lot of information available.

I'm a big fan of MGMA for many reasons, but historically the number of radiology respondents to their compensation and productivity survey has been very small, and focused in large multi-specialty group settings, so not at all representative of radiology private practice.   I don't have a good alternative to offer, but I think you would be disappointed if you bought the MGMA survey for radiology data.  You might be able to contact MGMA and ask about how many responses they have before you buy.

I have never understood the ACR's reluctance to gather such data.  It's no secret that most radiologists are well compensated and they work hard.
