As a billing company, we are seeing more and more reasons to include this in our contracts. Clearing house updates, table building, upfront training of the staff for precerts and authorizations, etc. are time consuming. So, in the event that fee is not agreed upon/waived; what are other practices doing to incentivize start up for your staff? TIA
