  • 1.  Preserving Negotiating Leverage with Health Plans

    For those of you who have hospital contracts that mandate participation in the same commercial plans as the hospital, do you have any contract language designed to preserve your ability to negotiate with those health plans?  If so, please share if you can.

    I will send you some information whereby our hospital agreed to work with contractual disputes on our behalf.
