Hi Josh, the EQUIP program requirement from the FDA provides many of the quality initiatives you may be looking for. Here is a link to the FAQ https://www.fda.gov/media/101293/download In addition, we track Cancer detection rates, False positives, False negatives, recall rates compared to the national averages. This is done by radiologist and that way we can identify the outliers from a national perspective and internally within our own group.
