    Hey everyone,

    Looking to see if anyone has a recommendation for a law firm in Texas that can provide advice on a JV/agreement between a radiology group and a hospital.  We have some very specific questions that are beyond our normal attorneys' scope.

    Hi Brad – The team at ReedSmith – Paul Pitts and Tom Greeson are great and Ken Davis at Katten in Chicago is great. I have worked with all of them and would happily do so again.... So there is my 2 cents....

    Adding to Keith's recommendation.  Reed Smith has negotiated for TX radiology groups and hospital systems.  Katten has a TX office.  So both firms could be helpful.  PK
