Good afternoon.
Curious to know if any groups are currently compensating owners or employed RADS based on productivity or some aspect of the level of production. Starting to hear of more groups utilizing a bucket system that at least allows RADS who are producing more RVUs to be compensated for a higher level of production. This is starting to enter into recruitment conversations as well...appreciate any feedback, it is admittedly a big topic.
