    What experiences have you had in working with Med Mal insurers to accept the use of indemnification clauses in hospital contracts?

    Some Malpractice carriers will void your coverage if the language in an indemnity clause is not acceptable to them. I always suggest passing any indemnity language whether it is in a hospital contract or other by the malpractice carrier for their blessing before executing an agreement. It is free and it could save a great deal of trouble in the future..... Speaking from experience here, a lesson learned long-long ago....
