Can anyone share their methodology for compensation of employed (non-partner) radiologists, either on-site or remote? Do you tie their compensation to a % of the partner's base salary or previous year's W2, etc.? Do you pay per day or week? Or is your compensation based on something else?
We are looking for an equitable way of structuring our compensation levels for partners vs employee radiologists, on-site vs remote, and shift differential.
