Thank you, Christie. I took a look at the EOBs myself and the reason these are denying is stated as "4: The procedure code is inconsistent with the modifier used or a required modifier is missing." The only modifier used is 26 and there are no other services billed for this patient so not sure what else would be needed. Any ideas? Thanks, Billie
