Hello forum: Does anyone have a copy of a retirement survey for their radiologists they would be willing to share? I have been asked to create a survey to collect information to include an estimation of years until retirement and how the group might tailor shifts for radiologists on a short track to retirement.
This would be distributed to all group members regardless of age or length of service, with the goal of better succession planning within the radiologist sub-specialty ranks. The survey questions would be prefaced with language that the survey is intended for strategic planning only and would no way bind them to the retirement timeline estimation provided.
