    Good Day

    Have any of your organizations leveraged AI for your Radiologist to help with productivity?

    Have you found success with any of the AI products you are using and would you share your experience?

    Hi Wendy,
    We use a couple of different algorithms.  One for finding lung nodules in CT lung screening exams, one for tomo mammo exams, and a co registration algorithm for current and priors.  We are just about to deploy a MR brain reporting algorithm too.

    Are those the types you want to know about, or are you more talking about ones that read the report and create an impression?

     

    I am not sure about the forum rules so didn't want to post vendor names. If you want to talk about what we do just let me know.

    Thank you for the reply.  I am at the very beginning of looking for this sort of thing.  As the pool of Radiologists continue to decrease it is important to try and look into the future to see what we can do to assist them with the volume of work if coverage continues to be a concern.  There are so many vendors and options out there with AI still so new. I am not sure what is the best strategy. I don't believe our group is interested in being a trailblazer in this space so I am hoping to learn as much as i can from others to find what truly is impactful to workflow.  I realize this is vague however I am interested in hearing about all options out there.  Thanks for the information you have provided.
